MY PLAN FOR THE ECONOMY IN TAROHLAND
The only way to grow the economy in a way that benefits the bottom 90% of the people is to change the structure of the economy.
My vision is to make Taroh land the commercial hub of Southern Senatorial Zone through the deliberate collation of data and identification of all the small and medium scale businesses in Taroh land to empower them. We are ready to partner and lobby financial institutions like CBN, Africa development bank(ADB), Agricultural bank, Bank of Industry etc., to support various businesses in Taroh land and empower them. We all know that the strength of any nation and community is driven by the entrepreneurial skills, government support and provision of enabling business environment, investment opportunities and deliberate interventionist policy to assist small scale businesses and the financially challenged.
We shall adopt the Singaporean development model of technical empowerment, massive investments on skills development, enterprise finance and agriculture to thrive in Taroh nation. We will identify skills and invest in our youth, train them locally or abroad, and empower them with tools and resources.
We will empower our farmers in Langtang South with tools, materials, fertilizer etc. We will train and empower them, and also create local commodities board and markets to enable them get competitive value for their agricultural produce. Our vision is to make Langtang South the center of rice production in West Africa, and to establish a rice milling and packaging plant in Langtang South.
Our workforce and our entire economy are strongest when we embrace diversity to its fullest, and that means opening doors of opportunity to everyone and recognizing that the Taroh Nation of our dreams excludes no one. We shall revive the economy and the commercial activities in Tarohland that will automatically create jobs for our youth and women. We can’t just depend on government jobs. As an entrepreneur, I want to create jobs for our people by igniting their passion and developing their skills such that Taroh nation will be great again. Government cannot solve all our problems, we have to come together with bright ideas and look beyond government to build an economically vibrant Taroh nation.
This is my covenant with Taroh nation.
