WATCH VIDEO: A Tribe Called Quest Perform Their “Last Show Ever”

During their tour this year behind their 2016 album We got it from Here..., A Tribe Called Quest hinted multiple times that these shows would be the last for the group following the death of Phife Dawg. Last night at Bestival, Q-Tip confirmed that it’s over. He announced to the crowd, “This is gonna be our last show as A Tribe Called Quest, ever,” NME reports. During their tour this summer, Tribe headlined Pitchfork Music Festival, were forced to cancel tour dates due to Q-Tip’s shoulder injury, and suddenly canceled their performance at this year’s Outside Lands due to a “wave of grief” for Phife.
