OJ Simpson Granted Parole For Armed Robbery After 9 Years In Jail


Former American football star, OJ Simpson has been granted parole by the Nevada parole
board after serving 9 years behind bars for armed robbery.

The four-member parole board granted the 70 year old OJ Simpson parole after the former football star apologized for the 2007 armed robbery he was involved in.
OJ Simpson spoke with the board about how he was a model prisoner and how he will stay away from trouble if released.
He said;
“I’ve done my time,” he said. “I’ve done it as well and as respectfully as I think anyone can.”
The former football star spent 9 years of a 33 year sentence of armed robbery and kidnapping in Las vegas.
Simpson could walk freely as early as October 1st.
